Your safety is our #1 priority. Attendees are subject to bag inspections and security screening as they enter our the event.
Professional photographers MUST obtain a press/media pass by filling out the form on our contact page. Please do not email your request. Press/media passes are not required for standard cameras that do not have detachable lenses or handheld video devices under 6″. Professional video cameras are not permitted.
Do not hang posters or hand out flyers inside the event, venue or in the surrounding neighborhood. Anyone violating this policy will be banned from entering and promoting at our events.
No there will not be. Credit, debit, Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, and Android Pay will be accepted onsite and most merchants.
Our festival is an all ages, 16 & under must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian.

• Any Valid US government-issued driver’s license or ID card containing a photograph and date of birth
• Valid US or foreign government-issued passport containing a photograph and date of birth
• Valid Foreign government-issued driver’s license/ID with color photocopy of passport (Not valid for 21+ wristband). To purchase alcohol or enter VIP areas, a physical valid passport or US ID will be required.)
• Temporary DMV documents proving you are currently renewing a license—ONLY if accompanied by passport or expired license

Security will accept expired ID cards ONLY if accompanied by DMV renewal documentation or passport. If your ID was lost or stolen, you must bring a government-issued interim license or passport.
Consular IDs are not considered acceptable identification. A valid foreign government-issued driver’s licenses are acceptable with a photocopy of a passport. A valid foreign government-issued passport will work on its own.

The only official festival passes are available exclusively at www.belicofest.com through our trusted ticketing partner, TIXR. Please beware of scammers and fake sellers.
Credit and debit cards are accepted at the box office, bars and assorted merchants. This is a CASHLESS event.
Upgrades may be available if the higher pass tier is not already sold out. Use your ticket email confirmation and contact TIXR ticketing support for options. You will also be able to upgrade on-site, at the box office.
You should receive an official ticket confirmation email within moments of purchase. If you do not (be sure to check your junk or spam folder), otherwise contact TIXR ticketing support.
Your card should be charged within two (2) business days. Please contact TIXR ticketing support for related issues.
There are NO refunds & all sales are final. Event terms are rain or shine. If your event is canceled, we will refund the amount you paid for your tickets using the same payment method used for purchase. If your event is postponed, we will contact you with the new date and time.
The best way to avoid ticket fraud is to buy directly from our ticketing service. If you buy resale tickets, we advise you to get them only from trusted friends. DO NOT purchase from scalpers. If you arrive at the venue with an illegitimate ticket, you will be turned away, and no refund will be provided.

- Each order is limited to four (4) admission passes per credit card/transaction.
- Your festival pass initially comes as a digital QR code, certain passes will receive a wristband onsite to be worn for the entire duration of the festival.
- Wristbands are non-transferable and will be void if tampered with or removed.

All tickets are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. In the case of an event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase. By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to this purchase policy. Before purchasing your tickets, we urge you to confirm the title, time and location of the event.

Hotel Package guests enjoy complimentary transportation to and from the festival, departing from Gila River Resorts & Casinos – Wild Horse Pass. The shuttle pickup is just a short walk away—see details below.

Check-in times vary by hotel. If your room isn’t ready upon arrival, we recommend asking the front desk if they can hold your bags for you.
Gila River Resorts & Casinos – Wild Horse Pass is about a 10–15 minute walk to the festival. By shuttle, it’s roughly a 5-minute drive, though we recommend allowing extra time for traffic.
Yes, payment plans are available at checkout. Secure your spot with a small deposit today, then pay the rest in equal scheduled installments.
For safety and service purposes, only the package purchaser can check into the hotel.
Yes, all guests must be 18+ years of age to stay at the Gila River Resorts & Casinos – Wild Horse Pass.
Your package (tickets + stay) is confirmed once it’s fully paid—whether in a single payment or through a payment plan. If you’re on a payment plan, your room won’t be secured until your final scheduled payment is completed.
To check in, please bring a photo ID, your order number, and the payment method used. Your tickets have been sent to you via email.

No, there is a strict no refund and no cancellation policy on all orders. Please refer to TIXR’s payment plan terms for more information.
Unfortunately, cancellations aren’t available. We recommend completing your payment plan and reselling your pass to a friend or family member.

Tixr Rewards

Tixr Rewards is a way for you to earn rewards by becoming an ambassador for your favorite events.
Share your personalized referral link on social media or anywhere you want! When someone buys through your link, you automatically earn points that count toward rewards.

All rewards that provide a discount on your Tixr order or Tixr ticket are refunded to the credit card used to purchase, post (after) the event date. You will be contacted via email for other types of rewards to coordinate fulfillment.
*Please note that you must have made a purchase for that specific event in order to be credited in a partial refund/discount.
For rewards that provide a discount on your Tixr order, please allow 10-15 days after the event has ended for these to show up on your credit card statement.
